ABOUT / KARAN SONI

Builder by habit.
Systems-minded everywhere.
Campaign-aware by necessity.

I’m Karan Soni, a developer from Nepal working across websites, systems, independent products, and campaign production. The formats change, but I keep returning to the same questions: how things work, how people move through them, and how an idea becomes clear enough to use.

01 / WHAT I NOTICE

Friction, unclear handoffs, weak continuity, and the work people repeat every day.

I usually begin by looking past the visible screen. The useful question is rarely only what a page should show. It is what people are trying to do, what changes state, and where clarity disappears.

02 / HOW I WORK

Understand the moving parts first. Shape the interface around the real operation second.

That habit follows me from websites into systems, products, and campaigns. Structure is not decoration. It is what lets the work remain useful as it grows.

03 / WHY MARKETING BELONGS HERE

Building the product and explaining the product are connected responsibilities.

A campaign needs the same clarity as a workflow: one purpose, visible states, controlled continuity, and a next action that makes sense to the person seeing it.

THE THINGS I KEEP RETURNING TO
ACTIVE THREAD / 01

Systems

Connected workflows should remain understandable when roles, states, and responsibilities change.

A FEW TURNING POINTS

The work changed when the questions changed.

These are not job titles or a clean career ladder. They are the moments that altered what I notice, what I take responsibility for, and why products, websites, and campaigns now sit inside one working practice.

01

I stopped treating the page as the whole product.

The visual layer still matters, but I began looking underneath it: content structure, state, behavior, and what the person is actually trying to finish.

From arranging pages to understanding the work beneath them.
02

I started watching what happens between people.

The most important problems were often in handoffs, responsibility, and missing context rather than inside one screen. That pulled me toward systems.

From isolated interfaces to connected operations.
03

I wanted to stay responsible after the handoff.

Owned directions such as Dwaar System and SETU Connect grew from wanting to carry an idea through its rules, product decisions, and long-term shape, not only deliver a surface.

From client delivery to building and owning directions.
04

Campaigns gave product thinking a public voice.

AI video, manga marketing, and graphic systems became another way to explain complex ideas through pacing, continuity, and one deliberate audience action.

From building the product to shaping how people first understand it.
SYSTEMS & CAMPAIGNS
Systems and campaigns are not as far apart as they look. Both depend on rules, people, choices, timing, continuity, and consequences.
CURRENT CHAPTER

I am building the headquarters while the work keeps moving.

Dwaar System, SETU Connect, and MystiQ are advancing as products. The Marketplace now holds the approved website collection. Marketing is becoming a proper archive for AI video, manga campaigns, and graphic systems.

THE OTHER SIDE

Headquarters here. Freestyle there.

The experimental portfolio remains intentionally separate, with more expressive layouts, visual studies, and work that does not need to behave like this structure.
