MystiQ

Store engagement with transparent campaign flows.

MystiQ is being restructured as a unified product prototype to validate campaign setup, participant registration, draw execution, and result review.

WHY THIS EXISTS

A campaign engine where excitement does not erase transparency.

MystiQ helps stores and campaign-led businesses configure lucky draws, register valid participants, close entries, run a controlled selection, verify winners, and publish results through one auditable flow. The experience is playful for customers and accountable for the business operating it.

KEY WORKFLOW

From campaign rule to verified result.

The draw is one moment. Trust is built by everything that happens before and after it.

PRODUCT DECISIONS

The rules beneath the interface.

Four product laws that keep MystiQ coherent when the campaign, identity, or operation becomes more complex.

01

The participant pool locks before a draw

Entries cannot quietly appear, disappear, or change once the campaign moves into selection.

02

Selection and verification are separate states

Being drawn does not automatically make an entry an approved winner; eligibility still needs confirmation.

03

Every redraw needs a reason

Rejected or unreachable selections remain in the audit history instead of disappearing from the result.

04

Campaign rules are configuration, not code changes

Different stores can change fields, dates, prizes, and eligibility without rebuilding the product.

WHERE MYSTIQ IS NOW

Built in phases, without using placeholders as a substitute for direction.

The campaign model, participant lifecycle, draw controls, and verification rules are now defined as one product direction. Current work is turning the prototype into a coherent, testable campaign workspace.

CURRENT PHASE

Operational testing

Duplicate handling, staff permissions, draw edge cases, reporting, and real campaign simulations.
